The Finest Resort

Where are you located?
We are located at Kalanoga Resort, Busabala Road, Busabala. It is the first left turn off the expressway, as you’re coming from the Munyonyo roundabout. There are four clearly marked signs as you turn off the expressway. We can also be located on Google Maps.


What are your opening hours?
Our gardens, bar and restaurant are open 7 days, from 9 am to 9pm.


How can we contact you?

What facilities do you provide?
We provide gardens, a restaurant, two bars, boat rides, water sports and beachside activities. Please contact us for more information or to reserve boat rides and water sports.
*NB boat rides and water sports are not managed by Kalanoga Resort. Kalanoga Resort is not liable for any damages suffered as a result of using these lake activity services.


Do you have a conference hall?
We have a beautiful conference area, with lakeside views. Our conference table can accommodate 30+ individuals. We also have ample space to host larger conferences. Please contact us for more information.


Can we host weddings/special occasions here?
Yes, we have several beautiful indoor and outdoor areas which can accommodate bookings of all sizes. Please contact us on +256 709 864 363 or email us on reservations@kalanogaresort.com / info@kalanogaresort.com for more information, or to book the space.


Do you have parking space, if yes, any applicable charges?
Yes, we have ample free and secure parking for our guests.


Do you charge an entrance fee?
We charge adults 5,000 UGX and children (10 and under) 3,000 UGX on weekends, public holidays or events. Each entrance coupon is eligible for a complimentary soft drink/water. Those who have made a reservation prior to will not be charged entrance. Reservations are encouraged.


What are your menu prices?
Our a la carte mains range from 25,000 to 40,000 UGX. Please send a Whatsapp message to +256 709 864 363 to receive a menu by soft copy.


Do you allow outside food and drinks?
We have a strict no outside food and drink policy at Kalanoga Resort. If found entering with outside food and drink, charges will be incurred. Kindly note, cakes are permitted at no additional cost.


Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed to ensure we’re able to protect our grounds. Thank you for understanding.


Is it reservation only?
Reservations are highly encouraged. For reservations, please contact +256 709 864 363 or email us on reservations@kalanogaresort.com / info@kalanogaresort.com. Advance bookings will not incur an entrance charge.


What room categories do you have?
We have three categories of rooms. 12 Executive Deluxe rooms, 06 Executive suites, 08 Presidential suites cum family room.


What amenities do you provide in the room?
Air conditioning, toiletries, telephone, internet, television, personal safe, daily cleaning service, 24 hrs room service, laundry service on charge, iron & iron board on request, newspaper on request, hairdryer, minibar on request.


Do you provide an extra bed?
We do provide an extra bed at an extra charge.


What is the fee for an extra bed?
USD 50 taxes and breakfast per night.


Do you provide taxi services to town or sight seeing?
Yes it can be arranged through the reception (private arrangement).


Do you have any special packages?
Yes we have weekend packages on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.


Do you provide special rates for conference?
Yes, we do.
